It probably shouldn’t have been as close as it was. Some guys played well, others most certainly did not. “Escaped” might be the best word to use here. And New England barely squeaked out a win against them.

Let’s get this out of the way first so those of you who prefer to keep it negative will be able to enjoy this article as well: the Houston Texans are not a good football team.But the reality is that the Patriots have played games like this before, and won games like this before, and I’ll take a win that allows for a number of learning experiences over a loss that allows for them.
